Does anyone know what type of resin is used on the L-39 composite parts? I need to do some patching and don't know if it is compatible with my West System. It's nothing really structural - just mounting areas for fairings. When I ground it out is was really dry like unsaturated cloth so I don't think it is epoxy but maybe something else like Polyester but I've never worked with that. May just be dry, crummy layups!
