KX-125 w/Narco ID-825

Hey all,
Have any of you ever had a Narco indicator on a King radio? I got a King 125 and can get a working narco indicator for under $75. Why? I’m sure it’s being asked lol just want to utilize all of my capabilities for cheap. I have gps and good to go but just something about that kx-125 nav side not working bugs me lol. I just like the looks and weight not to mention dsub connector of the ID-825. Planning to do this to kill sometime , of course would not be feasible to pay a pro and don’t really want to throw a ki-209. Just want something functional. TIA!

Impedances are different. By the time you get that "adapted. you might as well get a used KI 208. They are not that pricey. Guess how I know that....

It was attempted lol..Well I don't want to add a kx-74 to work with anything else, so looks like I'll just stare at the tweaking KI-214 for now. Thanks!

Where can you get the Narco Nav head for $75? I might be interested. My KX-155 is working fine, but my Narco 12D+ Nav head is inop. $75 is a cheap test to determine if it is the head or the Nav/Comm. Thanks.
