"Kunstbar" is german for "Art Bar" - all the drinks and stuff that happens to the drinkers are references to art and artists. Like the guy drinking a glass of something that has a "starry night" look to it - then his ear falls off like Van Gogh, who, of course, lost an ear. Well, he didn't exactly lose it . . .
