Pattern Altitude
Has anyone here flown into San Diego? I have to pick up a puppy that is arriving at the cargo area next week. I'm interested in landing fees, GA friendly FBOs, advice etc.

If my experience is still true then you don't have a choice of FBO, just the one and only FBO on the east side. I haven't been to SAN for a few years, but the FBO was always kind to me. They will shuttle you around to the airline side if you need to meet airline cargo. The only down side to it all was having my aircraft parked in the northwest 40, well removed from the FBO. Again, van shuttle is available.
