Last minute plan to fly into Sacramento executive, to meet a friend for lunch. Transient parking is in front of the tower and free of charge for under 6 hrs, is that correct? Any advice for someone new to the airport?

Affirmative. There's a two-way taxiway to/from, Stay to the right!
