KODO for a quick turn?

I will be making a flight to KDVT (Phoenix metro area) and KODO is about midpoint, if winds are not too unfavorable, for a single stop trip. Anyone with experience with ODO? Would you recommend another airport in that vicinity or is ODO fine? As long as service is good and they have a restroom, I won't nit pick over fuel prices.

That's one of my routine gas stops on my way to/from Chicago to AZ. Nice runway selections and far, far cheaper than the big airport next door.

They stuck around an extra hour without a fee in order to accommodate my gas/hangar needs before a thunderstorm ripped through. So I'm pretty loyal to them for that!

Thanks, @ArrowFlyer86 , sounds like a solid choice for my needs. I saw one FF commenter than dogged the FBO claiming they didn't even have bathrooms. I figured it was B.S. and obviously so based off your photograph. If the headwinds are too strong, I'll need a second stop so it would be SJT and DMN in that scenario. I will be departing OPL for the trip.

Yeah, not sure where that commenter went, but it wasn't to Texas Aero. That's a pretty decent operation when I've been.

DMN is another stop I do for fuel, been there several times -- Desert Aviation FBO. Talking to their lineman (might be the owner too?) is what convinced me to do FFZ in Phoenix instead of SDL, which ended up saving me a ton of money on gas and ramp. Also visited KLRU once (about 50nm east); their gas is cheaper than Deming but I still prefer KDMN.

Actually was referring to TA...2 years ago. Must have been the manager of an FBO at MAF or MDD. ;) That is why I like aviation forums....I can get more 'peer reviewed' opinions. To quote the reviewer- "Terrible place to stop. Nothing but fuel. Not even a restroom. Go anyplace else". I think someone must have pi$$ed in his cornflakes at breakfast. LOL

Damning review: "Not even a restroom"

So per the google reviews they got money for free coffee, popcorn and water -- but don't have a shi**er. Sounds legit :p

I’m pretty sure the city took over from Texas Aero earlier this year and I thought it took service and appearance down a notch, but they may have righted the slide by now. I used to get there nearly every single week but now it’s been about half a year.
 
I had a hangar there for a couple of years for my travels out there.
Always had top notch service from Texas Aero.
They’d get a car and bring it to my hangar for me when I landed like clockwork.

Nice FBO with good cookies, and a nice bathroom too

I moved to MAF a year ago, didn’t know the city took over TA
 
I’ve stopped at KODO. No issues, no reason to not recommend for a quick turn.
