I'd been using GP to file ICAO flight plans leading up to the switch, and it wasn't a problem, once I figured what to put in.
Once the cut over happened, however, it suddenly started being a problem. The issue was that when you filed using "S" for standard IFR equipment (VHF/ILS basically), it would delete out the relevant individual codes for those and Leidos wouldn't accept the filings. I called Garmin about this and also played around with the app when on hold, and the work around is to pick the stuff that falls under "S" separately and file that way. Hopefully they sort this out.
