Anyone based here? Just wanted to know if there an active pilot community there or is it quiet?

Not based there, but visit about every 6 weeks for a $100 omelet or hamburger. Have never seen a great deal of local activity. Or any activity beyond an occasional transient trainer doing touch and goes or someone flying practice approaches, or a few planes for the cafe in the terminal. The small GA hangars are, however, tucked behind the larger hangars for jets, so there may be things going on there out of sight from the main ramp (my guess is that it isn't, but can't say with certainty).

Thanks, it appears nothing has changed there. I’ll be based there come June.
