None of those carriers are anywhere near being GA safe.

I had a cat get loose in a car once and go completely bErZeRk. There is NO WAY is that going to happen in any plane I have anything to do with.

Minimum 1.5" plate steel box welded shut all the way around, no door, no possible escape routes of any kind of any size, heavy chains wrapped around it with enough locks to justify at least 2 lbs of keys. Pilot must be armed. Cat preferably thoroughly deceased.

Just in the interest of air safety...
