Kirby Chambliss down--BUT OKAY, in El Salvador

Kirby was practicing for this weekend's airshow in El Salvador today, and his engine quit at low altitude. He did the best he could--plane is totaled (according to other posts and reports), and a military helicopter took him away, but he's reportedly "okay". That's good, as early news from El Salvador was that the pilot of the Red Bull plane was dead.

Kirby's Facebook page showed him in a bar with a Red Bull tonight... Right arm appeared to have an ice pack strapped to it.

Yep, whenever I crash, I always go to the bar and order a Red Bull. I bet his sponsor requires him to carry an empty can around at all times incase of a photo op.
