KIOB near Lexington, KY

will be moving my Tiger to KIOB near Lexington, KY and wondered if anybody on the board is based there or can tell me some personal info about the airport. Everything I've heard is positive and I can get a T-hangar which is the reason I selected KIOB over the other local airports. Thanks!
