I have the CDs from late 2008 and they won't install on current XP anymore.
KS says I have to buy new media - they won't send updated install disks for less than half the cost of the course.
The video discs are not changed, so why do I care?
Anyway, I tried installing on a system I reinstalled back to XP SP1 and XP SP2 and that failed as well.
I got them to unlock my codes, and the media worked once, then after reboot stopped.
Obviously, I can use a third party test tool, and watch the raw videos, but that's a pain in the rump.
Anyone else have an issue like this?
I have my own activation code and the DVDs are good, I just want to make sure whether this is a version issue, or whether they disabled my activations to force me to buy new media.
Anyone have newer install CD they'd be willing to zip up and send me?
