5 hours is a hell of a long time to be over-water in a Bo....Can't live life in fear though! Enjoy
Good bit of that is over heavily trafficked oilfields and warm water. From 12,000', you'll always be within gliding range of some vessel. It's a heavily trafficked shipping corridor as well.
