Kidney Infection

I went to the ER two years ago for a kidney infection, "pyelonephritis." I was prescribed a course of antibiotics and I haven't had any issues since. Will this affect my ability to get a Class II Medical?

From the FAA website (https://www.faa.gov/about/office_or...e/app_process/exam_tech/item41/amd/nephritis/) it says "Submit all pertinent medical information and status report" and "If asymptomatic - Issue; Otherwise - Requires FAA Decision"

What do I need to submit when I go to my exam? I have the paperwork the ER handed me when I left that says the diagnosis, but I never went to my normal physician afterwards since I was better.

Does the "if asymptomatic -issue" mean I can get the Class II since I have had no issues since then? Will I be able to get my medical certificate the day of the exam?
