On november 15 ,I decide to purchased the kennon Super Sun Shiel for my aircraft.
After more than twenty days of waiting , call Kennon to find about my order , that has been charge to my credit card 20 days ago.
When i ask about my order , a very unpleasant lady, just told me is not ready and they cannot provide me with exact date and offer my money back.
No excuse , they had my money for allmost a month and they just offered to credit back.
I wont lie , they’re products are very good, but customer service is the worts i have ever receive.
Apparently they have a big goverment order and cannot deal with small customer, that make them what they’re.
If you are planning to order just make sure they give you a delivery date.
To Dennon, you have a great product, but there a lot to improve in customer service.
