KAP 150 autopilot plane swap

Would a KAP 150 removed from a Mooney work on my Cessna 206 for spare parts?. Gotta troubleshoot mine and this seems cost-effective, unless they're somewhat different systems.

as was pointed out in this for sale thread, it may be the same type, but servos and such may be aircraft specific. But if the parts had the same number, don't see why it might not work.
