KAP-140 certifiction gain files

Does anyone Know where to purchase the floppy disc part number is 225-00028-0009. I also need the serial cable that plugs into the airplane.

Check your local computer museum.

I'm so glad that we ditched most of our ancient King equipment with our latest upgrade last fall.

I don't have any idea on the floppy, but is the cable the same one that the GPS updates used? Serial on one end, and something like a helicopter headset plug on the other end?

The diagram is for the KFC-225, but it is the same cable for the KFC-140. The configuration files are a tougher nut to crack. That software was only available to B/K service centers. There is a link to the Maintenance manual, which has a lot of information:
