Anybody know of a possible slide-in replacement for an old KA-134? THANKS

Another KA134 should work.
Kidding aside, I don't think anyone has a plain old audio panel like that. Almost all of them have an intercom built into them so they have about three times the wiring that a KA134 ever did, depending on how many headset jacks are wired of course.
