Justin Bieber gets a DUI

Yup, saw it go down.

That's classic!

I just hope Cheeseburger Eddie pays him a visit in the shower.

Let me say this clear so that there is no misunderstanding.

I DO NOT FRACKING CARE ABOUT BEIBER!

What are the lyrics to that song? "It's a thin line....... between love and haaate..."

If you don't care about that girl, why are you even reading this thread?

Hmm. Seems the kid blew a .011 and a .014. Maybe he's less of an ass than we give him credit for.

I bet that'll make his next O1B visa renewal a lot of fun.

To be perfectly clear, he doesn't have an O1 Visa. Canadians are visa exempt. He is in the United States with O1 status...it's a fine distinction, but ask me how I know...

Ref 8 CFR 212.1(a)(1)
"(1) Canadian citizens. A visa is generally not required for Canadian citizens, except those Canadians that fall under nonimmigrant visa categories E, K, S, or V as provided in paragraphs (h), (l), and (m) of this section and 22 CFR 41.2. "

He is still has to put in his petition and is subject to inspection at his next entry. Different from Canada, a DUI alone doesn't get you barred from entry, admitting on the record that you are using illicit drugs may.

Interesting turn of events . . . .

Beiber NOT speeding.

Beiber's BAC 0.014

http://www.tmz.com/2014/01/25/justin-bieber-arrest-drag-racing-miami-beach-police/

No drug test back yet - but he admitted smoking marijuana.

At the risk of turning this into a anti-police rant [not my intention] we have a police report with multiple false facts all used to justify an stop - first off -

The onboard tracker on the car reveals at the time and location of the alleged infraction the vehicle stopped was not violating the speed limit - looks like the cop decided to stop a Lambo at 4am just kind of 'assuming' he find drugs or alcohol. . ..

Next, with a BAC of 0.014 - there is not a chance that there was ANY smell of alcohol on his breath or that the vehicle 'reeked' of alcohol - unless his chickie was drunk - but they never tested her. . . ..

Moving on, The Beebs was prob high on marijuana, thus still DUI, and still has to deal with the resisting charge and the lack of drivers license . . .

At least he will not lose his license for having alcohol in his blood being under age 21 . . . since he does not have one.

I think it is despicable for the police to pad their reports like this - and if they do it with a guy like Beebs who is going to have the lawyers representing him, they are going to lie with everyone . . .

They ( the cops ) were probably working with his PR firm.

I mean, there's a bunch of old rich white guys chatting about him right now

You're probably right. I doubt I would have looked him up on YT and listened to him sing were it not for this thread.

I wasn't impressed. He's not horrid, but he's not particularly good, either, in my opinion.
