Touchdown! Greaser!
If you have 90 minutes, and are a music fan, this one got an Oscar for Best Documentary:
Twenty Feet from Stardom
http://imdb.com/rg/an_share/title/title/tt2396566/
It highlights the work of background singers. Many you've heard and never knew.
I knew Merry Clayton sang on Gimme Shelter, one of the greatest songs ever, but I hadn't heard her vocal track stripped out by itself until this movie. She got a call in the middle of the night, waking her up in her hotel room because the "Rolling sombodies" wanted her to do some background work. She killed it. Her track includes Jagger's "Woo!" when she nailed it, which you can hear in the song.
