Here's a link to a site that doesn't require registration, but the article is no where near as detailed (for example, the Democrat-Gazette article above mentions the name of the nationally-known attorney who has done aviation cases before that pursued the case on behalf of the wife)....

Not to remention the T-Storm, it also looks like the PIC might have been considerably behind the jet aircraft, about 90 knots worth, in spite of the substandard overun zone.

May be. There are some interesting quotes in the newspaper article.
