Juneau, Alaska - Transient Parking??

Flying into Juneau in July for one night. Looking for transient parking, is Atlantic the only game in town? I see a bunch of parking on the ramp on the east side, but is that just for locals with a reserved space?

When I passed through for the night November before last there were transient tie downs available in the spot I’ve circled. I went into Atlantic to ask about them first and they told me I could use them. As with anyplace in Alaska or Canada, bring your own ropes if your airplane warrants them.
