Juneau Airport (rant)

Flew out of Juneau today 8:30 am departure. 6:30 am I got stuck in long term parking lot because they have not cleared the lot of snow and ice, and I have a 4x4 truck. No one at airport could help me out. They said call a tow truck!!! Found a shovel and spent 1 hour trying to dig out, no luck.
A girl who came in the night before, could not get her truck out and came back in the morning with another truck, pulled me out. I made my flight.

I don't thing I should have to pay the parking fee when I get back to town Wednesday because of the hardship they cause me. Not to mention there was no one willing to help me in their parking lot.

It’s Alaska not California. You’re lucky they even had a parking lot. The whole point of Alaska is you take of yourself and everybody leaves you alone. I bet the guy behind you had a flamethrower he built in his shed for just such an occasion.

I’m mostly kidding and I’m sorry you had to deal with that nonsense.
