Does anyone have any experience with JPI's customer service, specifically sending in a unit for repair? I've got a less-than-year-old EDM 960 that has never been able to properly download the data to USB. I'm really leery to ground my airplane for as long as it takes these guys to 'fix' it. Not to mention mailing a $21,000 instrument. Anyone have some experience either way with them?
