I have a JPI EDM 830 with the JPI usb stick that I normally just plug in when I start my avionics to do the data dumb, but the JPI unit is no longer dumping the data.
I will plug the usb in and nothing will show up on the JPM screen to ask me if I want to dump the data like it normally would. There is also no option as I scroll through the settings mode either.
The JPI stick does have a little red light that does light up when I put the stick in but still nothing pops up. Has anyone else had this issue and know what the trouble shoot is?
