I found them. Note size and that there's extras.

Jetman won't be around much longer. He just ordered new rockets with 8 times the thrust.

Some people just don't know when enough is enough. :dunno:

Ha. Wow. I didn't know. I certainly don't hope him any ill fate, but he's already pushing it.

You suppose you can get life insurance when your hobby is "pretending I'm Rocky the Flying Squirrel"? ;)

Just another EAB guy screwing around with the original design.

I read he is giving lessons to someone, and has plans to start a school someplace in Europe, maybe that explains the extra balls.

I thought experimentals were safe? :D

Ha! Yeah, I'm an experimental advocate and builder/flyer but I don't do dumb things. For example, I won't fly behind an auto engine conversion. I build proven kits, not my own one off design....but I do have pure electronic ignition on my lycoming..some people just draw the line a little further towards "nuts" than I do! The jet guy is a blood stain waiting to happen if you ask me.

I watched the Jetman/B-17 video and kept waiting for him to get turned upside down in the prop wash or wing tip vortice. Didn't happen, dang it, that would have been fun to watch.

I saw someone doing this over the weekend. I want to try it, but at the same time, I'm not sure my radar domes are big enough.

I've wanted to try that, but I just know ill get up in the air and the thing will suck in a trash bag or something stupid, and the water flow will stop, providing me with a Wyle E. Coyote moment followed by landing butt first and getting an unwanted enema.

The new jet engines (not rockets) will allow him to climb -- which hopefully means he can descend to a low enough altitude for spectators on the ground to be able to see him.

His performance at OSH was limited to 2000 (?) feet, presumably for parachute deployment, which meant he was just a tiny dot in the sky -- a complete yawn of a performance.

Until he can do a Sean D. Tucker-style inverted ribbon cut, I don't want to see him again. :D
