First your plane catches fire. Then you discover you left the landing gear behind at the last FBO.
And if that wasn't enough, the Fire Department "takes over the scene" only to expertly pronounce the "cause of the fire is unknown".
 
It's an Alpha Jet. Plenty of 'em in private hands, maybe you can get a deal on this one.

Even if that is the case, it just looks like ignorant reporting. They need to add a little more of an explanation to the article. It's like them posting a picture of a T37 burning up in a field with the caption "Cessna crash." Well, yeah, but....
