Hi, everyone. I am a student designer doing research for an product (app/screen) to use for managing jet lag. This project is part of a group study in a course called Interaction and Electronics, and it would be meaningful to have some input from possible users for the app/interaction screen.I would like to know if someone is willing to answer some questions about it.This is in order to better understand the situation and how to manage the symptoms. Here are the questions:

General:
Are you a pilot or a stewardess?
How frequent do you fly to different timezones?
What destinations do you travel to most often?
How many days are generally between flights?

Flight experience:
Do you have a certain routine when traveling?
How do you prepare for a flight? What do you eat? Do you exercise?
What do you do during the flight? How much do you sleep? What can you do and can’t do during the flight?
How do you adapt your normal routine before the flight?
How do you adapt to the new time zone after the flight?
How long does it take to adapt to the new time zone?
How do you feel after a flight? Are you tired directly after the flight or does it gradually occur?

What makes your flight less stressful/exhausting?
What could be improved so you would feel less tired?
How many hours of sleep do you generally need every night?
Do you often have a jetlag after a long flight?
What are your tips&tricks to better handle a jetlag?
Would you like to have insight in how you could prevent jetlags by monitoring your rhythm?
What is your social bond with the other staff?
Do you share things together besides the flight?

Device preferences
Do you keep your phone with you during the flight?
Are you familiar with apps and do you use your phone every day?
Would you like an app that helps you to prevent jetlag?
What do you think is most important in an app (concerning lay out, easy to use etc)?
Would you like to see tips&tricks pop up?
Do you prefer social control or digital control?

It would be greatly appreciated if you can help us. thank you for your time and consideration.
Best regards,
Kaascia

Aren't there free websites where you can host surveys?

Set one of those up and I'll answer your questions.

They don't like to be called stewardesses. I think it's something like "inflight services engineer", or something like that.

Does a "student designer" design students? Because I'd sure like to get my hands on the guy who designed a few that I've hired over the years.
