Jeppesen Mobile FD position display problems

Anyone else have trouble getting their position to display on airport taxi diagrams when using Jepp Mobile FD?

I am using an iPad 2 with Bad Elf GPS. GPS data works fine with ForeFlight, but not with Mobile FD. Jepp advertises that Mobile FD will display own aircraft on taxi diagrams. I have gone into the Mobile FD settings and verified that the 'show present position' is turned on, but still no dice. Anything else I should check?

I don't have a triangle symbol anywhere on the airport diagram viewer...only on the enroute chart screen.

There are so many bugs/issues with JeppFD I am waiting to use it until the next update comes out in March. Until then I am using JeppTC which, besides chart updates, Jepp is no longer supporting (offering updates).

Same issue .. sent a message to Jepp Support and this is what's going on ..

The latest iOS updated caused an issue which broke connectivity between some external GPS units and applications. Hopefully Apple is able to patch the issue soon.
