Jeppesen e-books

First time ordering from them. Does it always take a while to get the download links for e-books from Jeppesen?

I ordered yesterday at 9am, when I got back home in the evening, I still had no links emailed to me. So I emailed support and I guess they don't read those right away either.

Is this normal for Jepp?

Just a WAG, but I'd wager the holiday has something to do with it.

I get that, but wouldn't an e-book fulfillment be computerized/automatic typically? It's instantaneous when you purchase e-books from sites like Amazon, Kindle, etc. There's no one keying in information.

Yeah it seems odd. Every business I've ordered an e document from (AOPA, Gleim, Amazon etc) it has been pretty much instantaneous, and the fact it was on or over a holiday would seem irrelevant. Hit them with another email about your order.

Are they Kindle or mobile reader format (MOBI or EPub), or PDF's of print books?

pdf's I believe. They say you have to have an Adobe ID to access them on your different devices.
