Girlfriend and I flew up to Jefferson County from BFI today. Its a lovely 30 minute flight in a 172. Had lunch at the Spruce Goose and checked out the flight museum. We took the scenic route back along the Olympics. Good food, cool old airplanes, a fine way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

Yep, JeffCo is a nice little airport with amenities. Often has better weather than fields further south, like Bremerton, and it’s a nice day trip from almost anywhere around western Washington.
