• Strong J2EEbackground (developing front-end to back-end, building & architecting J2EE apps)
• Oracle integration
• Apache (Ant, Struts, etc.)
• JBoss background to work on several applications that are under development
• Strong understanding of SCM patterns, design patterns
• A Java-based IDE (like JBuilder)
• BEA Weblogic & WebSphere is beneficial
