When I called to schedule the flight they said I can pretty much do whatever I want so I'm considering doing spin training.

As fun as barrel rolls and loop d loops would be, I think spin training would benefit me.

Spin training would benefit most pilots, agreed.

But do NOT discount rolls, loops, wingovers etc. Those are a BLAST!

See if you can do it all! After we did four spin/recovery sessions, the instructor coached me through a loop and a couple aileron rolls during the same flight.
