Finally, a sunny day and I'm home and the wife is gone to FL. I'm going up to do my six approaches and one hold then I'll buy lunch/breakfast for my safety pilot at Janesville.

So how'd the approaches go?

Cleared for Takeoff
No problemo - two at DKB, two at RFD and two at JVL followed by breakfast.
Was a little windy up there though - best I could get getting west at 3,000 was a ground speed of 75 kts. On return DPA was reporting 16G28.
