Another wild plane is that of Doctor Smoke, who put on a great show. I think the announcer said that it's the only piston-powered plane equipped to change the colors of the smoke emitted. He did amazing rolls during which he would stop the roll at 90°, 180°. 270°, and then straight and level. Spectacular!!

Rats! I don't think I can post Dr. Smoke's red plane without deleting one of the yellow Pitts photos.

Thanks for the correction. There was also a Stearman there with a wild-ass power plant but I don't have the photos, yet. My old store's lab didn't get them done at the same time as the others.
