The pics were taken 3 days ago during the Air Force Academy graduation ceremony - course # 154 (Pilot's course).

My money is on electronic jamming. Note the pod at the top of the tail as well. Reminiscent of the EA6B Intruder.

Hi Adam,

This thing is a heavily modified Gulfstream with tons of sensors and counter measures devices.

Those planes were aquired last year.

Their purpose is, of course, highly classified.

On a different picture you can spot the F16-I - a special version of the F16 with many improvements (longer range, two man crew, etc.)
