Making some progress. Got a 93 on the IFR knowledge test today.
I dropped another $45 and bought Sheppard earlier this week after reading this thread. Found a bunch of questions in theirs that was not in Gleim which was on the test. Anyway, the four I missed were obscure stuff little stuff such I forgot and didn't concentrate on like as If you accelerate on a westerly heading, what happens to the compass? Turns north. The other misses were the typically word games, so I'm not worried.
Got to find an CFII still, do a BFR to get back in the air, and then start IFR training.
