So I'm going through the process of having some things resolved so I can hopefully get a SI on a 3rd class (adhd meds in past so i had to complete the neuropsychological exam and i have to get a sleep study for sleep apnea) and I called the FAA to make sure they actually received the request for medical records for the neuropsychologist and low and behold someone actually answered the phone in OKC. In the past I'd call and get a recording telling me they were busy and to call back later and then get hung up on and today i got we're busy but you're call will be answered and in less than 5 minutes I actually had a person. I'm hoping that they are getting back in the office and this slow train might move just a little quicker than it has been.

Maybe the new electronic "check progress" system is keeping some from clogging up the phone lines.

some are in.....some are not. There will be more working from home and in the office part time.
