Is IACRA supposed to show me an option to sign my IR application?

Finished applying for my Instrument Rating and had my RI sign it off. My RI said that now there should be an option to sign the application (I remember doing it and having to look over the pilot's bill of rights and all that). IACRA is showing no option to sign the application anywhere and the status is stuck on "signed by RI". Not sure if I'm misremembering the steps but I need to get my check ride knocked out quickly and I don't want to have an issue going into it.

You dont sign until the DPE has input your Photo ID information and reviewed the application with you on checkride day.
