Is form FAA_Form_8700-2_.pdf obsolete?

Is there an update to Basic Med form? Where?

Can this still be used?

There's a newer 8700-2.pdf than that one. Took 20 seconds of googling to find it at the FAA site: https://www.faa.gov/documentLibrary/media/Form/FAA_Form_8700-2.pdf

This one is good until 2023.

Thank you for your reply. I downloaded form AOPA / FAA? yesterday re named it and moved it, see pic., this is interesting.
I should have gone to the SOURCE, which where I thought I was.
