I have tried to call up there a couple times and left messages. I have never heard back from them.
Does anyone know if they have a FOB and a crew car perhaps? Sounds like just a flight school?

Seems like there has been a bit of turnover there over the past few years - haven't kept up with it myself - Grosse Ile (ONZ) should have a crew car - but I would call to be sure.

When you call the number listed it goes the desk of a county commissioner or something like that and you get his recording. I left messages both times and no response.

I was at I74 this morning eating breakfast with my Wife and best friend. We flew there in his arrow II. I got to fly it back home!
My wife points out to me that they have a lockbox on the wall outside with the crew car key inside! Code was CTAF. She used to be a realtor and the lock box caught her eye.
That's pretty nice to have access 24/7 to their crew car. Trusting...love small town America.
Restaurant is a gem also.

Check in on the B-17 in the museum? https://www.champaignaviationmuseum.org/

The AF/D says the airport irregularly attended and to contact the airport manager @ 734-384-9167. Rick Snyder pretty much gutted local government in MI during his term. I wouldn’t expect much more than self serve fuel, a building a tie down. Make sure you bring your own ropes.
