I've tried visting it, pinging it, and "tracert"-ing it. The tracert goes as far as the wireless hub in the house, and then everything else after that is "request timed out."

Works for me. When I checked 08B my aerial photo is still there. And the information is still incorrect. There hasn't been fuel available for several years. How does one update the information?

It works for me (for once.) Just in case you're having a DNS issue:

Try pinging that address or opening it in your web browser.
What ISP are you using? I had a few cases of temporary non-conectivity which I posted here. I think the big boys are already playing chicken about carrying each other's traffic.

What you describe is likely a temporary outage with your DNS server. If the IP address Mike gave works, and the "txt" url does not, you can figure it's DNS.
