Just can't resist this "conversation" on twitter between a fan and Alton Brown (exemplary cook, host of Next Iron Chef & pilot!)

CB: so the lohan P-boy cover is leaked. yet such NIC secrecy! why IS that? no nudity in kitchen stadium. this is good.
AB: Actually it's because even the leftovers on Iron Chef America are more interesting than Ms. Lohan.

There's an interview with him about learning to fly on the old Gold Seal podcasts. I posted the link here a couple days ago on the thread started by Aunt Peggy about what a new student should have. It's a great 45 min or so listening to him.

There is an episode about crawfish that has him loading his purchcase of mudbugs into his aircraft (cessna 206?) at the early part of the episode, then doing the "history of the ingredient" segment while piloting the aircraft.

I also enjoy his style of cooking show quite a bit.
