iPhone App that will let me split up a video

I took a 30 minute video on my iPhone today. It's too big for my iPhone11 to process for sending. I tried to access it through my PC, but the computer says the file is not reachable.

I was able to send a file that was a lot smaller, so if I can break it up into pieces, I should be able to mail it to my PC.

Any ideas?

You can do it in the editor of the photo library. Don't need a special app.
