iPad question - saving Foreflight image

If I have a route open on the map in Foreflight is there some way of saving it to my iPad I know I can email it to myself, but I would prefer to save it directly into my iPad photos but it doesn't seem to work the usual way of holding a finger on the image and then getting the "option to save" prompt ?
