I thought Apple was discontinuing the mini 3?

They did as well as the original iPad mini but they are all still out there for sale. I think the market is flooded with working iPads and people are not upgrading every generation like Apple wants.
My Ipad 3 jsut died last week and I am in the market for a new one, just can't decide between mini 4 and Air 2. Don't fly with it much anyways.
