Pretty close to mint - Black, no scratches, no dead pixels, works great, 3G and 32GB. I think that I have the box (posting from work) and I'll be including the charger with it. Battery life is still around 9-10 hours of use on a full charge. This model has the internal GPS which has never had a problem with signal while flying. The data service is AT&T and is optional and with no commitment.
Works great with foreflight, WingX and all the other fun piloting apps. Paid $780 (including tax) will take $450, shipped priority mail with in a day of payment via paypal (or you can mail a check/money order)with in the lower 48.
