Interesting day at Centennial (KAPA)

Reports of two aircraft incidents today on Centennial's Twitter account, within about an hour of each other. Looks like a twin Cessna coming in on 17L had a nose gear collapse. And then about an hour later, a Piper Comanche had some kind of issue (maybe also gear related on 17R?). Both parallel runways closed for a bit.

No injuries or fires reported - so glad to hear that everybody is okay!

As I taxied out to 35L at APA for my first solo on Oct 5, 2015, a plane had just landed and had a nose gear failure on 35R. That’s all I have to add.

Stuff happens ,glad there were no injuries.The airplanes can be fixed.
