Instrument and Radio Reinstall

Hello and thank you in advance if you can answer this for me. I recently sent out my NAV/COM radio for repair and my attitude indicator for overhaul.

After repairs, I reinstalled both the radio and the instrument and I would like to know if the reinstallation requires sign off by an A&P.
