Insight G3 graphic engine monitor, not logging data

I have never looked at the SD Data Card from my Insight G3 GEM. I had simply assumed that it was logging all data and that if at any point I wanted to look at the data, I could.

I just pulled the data card and looked at the contents and saw no recent data. Folders containing CSV files from many years ago. Maybe year 2000? Not many folders.

Could the previous owner have disabled the logging/saving of data and is there a way for me to enable the saving of flight data?

Any other thoughts?

Follow-up in case anybody else runs into a similar issue. Insight Tech Support responded very rapidly via email. Insight Tech Support provided me with a software update for the G3 along with directions.

"The previous owner may not have performed a software update as we requested back in fall of 2015.
We sent emails out to all of the owners to advise them to update the software.
Also, please follow the instructions below to update your G3. Also, once that has been done, go into the Date and Time configuration page and make the adjustment."
